  The Wave

Telecommunications for your Commodore

Now you can enjoy graphical web browsing on your Commodore 64 or Commodore 128. "The Wave" makes this all possible.

NOTE: The Wave requires a Commodore 64 or 128 running Wheels (GEOS upgrade) with a SuperCPU and at least 4mb of SuperRAM memory.

Source code for The Wave V1.0

If you're looking for the files needed to run The Wave, you're on the wrong page. Click here.

What's found on this page is an archived set of files that make up all the programming source code used for building The Wave. This would mainly be of interest to programmers and those interested in learning how to program.

This is one archived file in Wraptor V3 format. Once dearchived, these files will occupy approximately 840K of disk space, so you'll need an FD, HD, or RamLink with a native partition to hold the files. If the intended destination is the partition you'll be working from, make it a minimum of 2megs in size, as you'll need at least that much space to assemble and link the files. Make the partition larger if you wish to add support projects and other applications to the same partition.

Wave V1 source - (269K) Source code for The Wave V1.0 (64 and 128). After dearchiving, read the file called "SourceReadMe". This contains some of the info you'll need to know about the source code and how it's laid out.
