Any application that uses the 'DISK' icon can access this dialogue box now. New applications can also access it in other ways.

Click on the 'DISK' icon and the
operating system's own partition/subdirectory dialogue box pops up and
lets you move to another part of your CMD device. You can even switch between
1581 and native partitions. If you select a native partition, you'll also
be able to select any subdirectory within that partition.
